Job Title: Sr. Flex Developer

Job Qualifications:
- Must be a seasoned senior developer with Flex component experience
- Has extensive knowledge of the Flex (AS3) component lifecycle, CSS/skinning
- Regularly follows what top Flex individuals are up to
- Embraces agile, test driven development methodologies
- Possesses strong object-oriented programming skills
- Component development background preferred, PowerBuilder experience a big plus
- Familiar with project management and software versioning
- Pursues independent learning to keep skills up to date and sharp
- Able to work effectively from a remote home office
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and collaborates well in person, online, or on the phone
- Ability to lead Flex development projects and teams from 2 to 6 individuals a plus
Job Description:
This position offers an opportunity to work on high-end Flex projects building rich Internet applications for Fortune 500 client companies in industries like financial services, software and consumer products. Depending on the project, you will either be:
• contributing to a highly-skilled team, speaking with clients and guiding them through the Flex integration
• or developing internal Flex software tools to support our Professional Services offerings
The right candidate will be an exceptional Flex developer with a strong professional background and self-management skills.
- Can be based anywhere in the U.S. or Canada
- Up to 25 percent travel time required
- Work on-site and from home
- 3 to 6 month engagement with potential for permanent placement
