Applied Research (Service Requests)
Database Configuration and Operations: Data Extraction from a Down Database
Database Recovery
Problem Resolution: Generic Problem Reproduction and Workaround Assistance
Incident Analysis.
Patch Applications, Validation and Impact Analysis

Experience: 6 - 10 Years
